This near beachfront home in Milford was renovated previously but suffered from low ceilings and poor flow. The brief to the architect was to create open living spaces that would enable them to take in the views of Rangitoto. Our brief was to provide a spatial review to feedback to the Architect, along with all interior design direction. For our client, key priorities were creating spaces within spaces and a home that felt unique, relaxed and homely but with elegance & modernity.
