This grand old St Heliers home underwent a total transformation from Tuscan country style villa to contemporary family home with plenty of entertaining spaces!
at.space was tasked with the extensive Interior renovation and spatial reconfiguration within the existing footprint of the home. Feature concrete tiles and new balustrades in the entrance created a sophisticated entry and central stairwell in the home. A contemporary new kitchen completely refreshed the dated cabinetry and converted an unused room into a disguised scullery for maximising storage. Living areas were maximised for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends with the addition of bespoke cabinetry and ambient lighting.
